This policy explains how MimesisIQ LLC handles information in the MissionS Configurator app and on this website. For privacy questions, use the contact details below.
Information in the app
The current app does not require an account and does not send your configurations to a developer-operated server. Saved builds, their names, your configuration choices, and appearance settings are stored locally on your device. We have not integrated advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics SDKs.
The app does not request access to your location, contacts, microphone, or camera. Scene images and vehicle assets are bundled with the app.
Sharing a configuration
When you choose to share an image, the app passes that image to the iOS share sheet. You select the destination. Any app or service you choose then handles that image under its own policies. We do not automatically upload your images.
Device backups and Apple services
App data may be included in device or iCloud backups depending on your Apple settings. We do not operate those backups or receive a copy from the app. Apple may separately process App Store, device diagnostics, or crash information under your Apple settings and Apple’s privacy policy.
This website
This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics scripts. It remembers your light or dark appearance choice in your browser’s local storage. You can remove that preference by clearing this site’s browser data.
Our hosting and network providers process technical information such as IP address, browser details, requested URL, timestamps, and security events to deliver and protect the site. Hosting is provided through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Their operational retention and security practices are governed by their service policies. We do not use this information for behavioral advertising.
When you contact support
If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. Our support mailbox is hosted by Fastmail. We use them to respond, troubleshoot, and maintain a support record. Share only information needed to explain your question. We retain correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to handle the request, resolve related issues, and meet applicable obligations. You can request deletion using the contact below.
Disclosure and your choices
We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. Service providers may process support correspondence or technical website information to provide their services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect rights and security.
You can delete saved builds in the app, remove the app’s local data by deleting the app, and clear the website’s appearance preference in your browser. Copies you shared or backed up must be managed separately. See Your data for instructions.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal information we hold. Contact us to exercise those rights. We cannot retrieve configurations stored only on your device.
Children
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app. If a child has sent personal information to support, a parent or guardian may contact us to request its deletion.
Changes and contact
We will update this page when the app or our information practices change and show the revised date above.
